This is a quick example of what you can do with a resistance band, anywhere. I looped my band around a post on my patio. These flat bands are easy to find, if you don’t have one, ask anyone who has even to physical therapy, or walk into an office, often they will sell them by the foot. The band will fit in your pocket so it’s the perfect workout tool for a busy summer.
