This is a full body workout. I used a couple Kettle Bells, dumbbells (or any other weight) will work. Go through the circuit, take a break & grab some water. Repeat. I reversed the order the 2nd round. Repeat again from the beginning, after another quick break. Have fun & thanks for being here.
