WARM-UP
Bodyweight squat to bench
Push-up
Lateral step to squat - standing skater lunge L/R
Arms open to T - alternating
Bench curtesy L/R
WORK - SET 1
Light weight - 10 reps of each exercise
Squat to bench w/front raise
Hinge with single side press L
Sprinter
Squat to bench w/front raise
Hinge with single side press R
Sprinter (but I think I did knee hugs)
Squat to bench w/front raise
Hinge with single side curl L
Knee hug
Squat to bench w/front raise
Hinge with single side curl R
Knee hug
Squat to bench w/front raise
Hinge with single side curl to press L
Hinge toe taps
Squat to bench w/front raise
Hinge with single side curl to press R
Knee hug

Heavy Weight - 10 reps of each exercise

Bulgarian split squat to hinge
Plank hold on weight with alternating knee to chest
