BodyForge workouts are full body strength and conditioning workouts designed to be fun, effective and a little painful in the moment (and sometimes a couple days later). They are designed by me, Erin Sabin. I am a certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, wellness coach and lover of movement. We use minimal equipment and space so these workouts are great for all fitness levels in all locations. Have fun!

  • BodyForge 4 - Dumbbells, heavy & light

    This is a full body workout using dumbbells. Choose heavier for your lower body and lighter for upper body exercises. Work at your own pace, take breaks as needed and have FUN!

  • BodyForge 10 - Full body workout with dumbbells

    This is a full body workout with heavy and light weights. Please work at your own pace, take breaks as needed and have fun!

  • BodyForge Quick Fix 1b - Upper body focus

    This is a shorter BodyForge with an upper body focus. Core & lower body won't be ignored. Do alone for quick workout, stack with the others for a full hour. Work at your own pace and have fun!

  • Need something longer? Do this!

    This is a full body workout with light dumbbells and "slider" discs. Wash cloths/rags work great on hard surfaces, paper plates or carpet protectors for furniture work great on carpet. Work at your own pace, take breaks as needed and have FUN!

  • BodyForge 9 - JUST YOUR BODY!

    This is a full body, body weight only, workout. Work at your own pace, take a break when needed and have FUN!

  • BodyForge 11 - slider discs

    This is a full body workout. You will use (if you want) some form of slider disc. Wash clothes work well on a hard surface, paper plates will work well on carpet. Please work at your own pace, take breaks as needed and have FUN!

  • BodyForge 6 - dumbbells & a bench/step

    This is a full body workout. You will need a heavier set of weights for your lower body & a lighter set for upper. I pick weights that my shoulders will not complain about. You will also be using a bench or a step. I am using a small step stool. A chair, cooler, sturdy box would also work. ...

  • BodyForge Quick Fix 1a - Lower body focus

    This is a shorter, lower body workout - about 20 minutes. Your upper body and core will still get some work. Stack with the upper body & core for a full hour. Work at your own pace and have FUN!

  • BodyForge 7 - Resistance bands & light dumbbells

    This is a full body workout with light dumbbells and a resistance band. Work at your own pace, take breaks as needed and have FUN!

  • BodyForge 8 - Dumbbells & body weight

    This is a full body workout using dumbbells and your body. A heavier set of weights for your lower body, lighter for your upper. Please work at your own pace, take breaks as needed and have FUN!

  • BodyForge 3 - Light dumbbells & a little at home technical difficulties

    Full body workout with light dumbbells. Please ignore the at home chaos, the deer "hat rack" and the odd video angle. There were multiple technical difficulties with this one. Please work at your own pace, take breaks as needed and have FUN!
