This is a full body workout. You will need a heavier set of weights for your lower body & a lighter set for upper. I pick weights that my shoulders will not complain about. You will also be using a bench or a step. I am using a small step stool. A chair, cooler, sturdy box would also work. Or skip the bench all together. Work at your own pace and take breaks as needed. Most importantly, have FUN!
